Migraine headaches are excruciating and so often the episodes are treated and the triggers are controlled, but the root cause is not found. The trigger mechanism in a gun is what shoots the bullet. The trigger for a migraine can be light, stress and many other things.
But with a gun, pulling the trigger happens after there is a motive. The motive would be the root cause and the trigger is just a means to and end.

It could possibly be a fair guess that every person has suffered the distress of a headache. But of course there are headaches, and then you can get migraine headaches that are different. I fully understand the severe pain of migaines because I used to be affected, terribly, from them during a young age. They lasted several years and then abruptly stopped, and I am thrilled for that. Headaches on the whole, including migraines, haven’t been resolved by doctors since they do not have a full grasp on their reasons. There are hundreds of factors, if not more, and one very puzzling factor is the people have different pain sensations. This really is a tremendously involved area, and it appears doctors have a long way to search before a clear picture emerges. Migraines haven’t ever been linked to leaky gut syndrome and are sometimes a mystery.

Migraine headaches can literally bring your existence to a halt. Anybody who has ever experienced the discomfort triggered by a migraine will completely understand this statement. Often involving only a single side from the head, these headaches could be very debilitating for that sufferer. They are able to make you nauseous, and even be painful towards the point that you simply vomit. Episodes can last from 12 to 72 hours, with small or no relief.

Different people have different kinds of migraines and they can come in many forms and differ in severity. Unfortunately some find it harder to live with than others.
Migraines can be caused by various reasons. Stress is probably the most popular. Nowadays we all lead a more active and stressful life with work deadlines and targets to reach, and also a home to run, tension and stress can bring on a migraine.
Learning to deal with stress is your first step to combating migraines without the need of drugs. Learning to cope with situations and maybe changing your attitude to certain things can ease your stress levels immensely.
It’s also essential to look after yourself physically and also have a healthy diet. Migraines can be triggered by drinking too much caffeine so cut down on your intake of fizzy drinks and coffee and certain processed meats may contain monosodium glutamate which is known to bring on a migraine. Eat plenty of friut and vegetables, and try not to eat too late if you suffer from headaches later at night.
There are also natural migraine relief to take which can ease the pain of migraines without using a chemical drug and some people use meditation, yoga or even a relaxing bath to ease the discomfort.
Suffering from migraines can affect anyone at any age of life. If you have suddenly begun suffering from bad migraines then take a look at your daily routine. Make a list of exactly what you do and how long for, and what you eat and at what times. Try and pin point when your headaches are more common and what you are doing prior to them starting.
Releiving the discomfort of a migraine and keeping them at bay can easily be done without the need of drugs. A change in diet, lifestyle and reducing your stress levels will no doubt have an immense effect.

Migraine sufferers are turning to non-pharmacological options to reduce the quantity of headaches they have. Prophylactic drugs directed at migraine prevention can have many upsetting complications and do not work at all for some migraineurs ( people who have chronic migraines).
A migraineur’s way of life impacts the severity and frequency of the attacks and lifestyle changes, like those mentioned below can forestall migraine recurrence.

The anaerobic, Gram positive, spore-forming bacteria Clostridium botulinum produces botulinum toxin type A, a neurotoxic protein that can paralyse muscles by preventing the release of the chemical neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Under the trade name Botox Cosmetic, it is commercially available for the cosmetic treatment of facial lines and wrinkles. In its cosmetic application, Botox is injected into underlying muscles to minimize the appearance of wrinkles. It is now also touted as a remedy for migraine headache.
